Our Fifth Year

Many people have told me (Annmarie), "The days are long, the years are short." Here we are in Spring 2026, awaiting a child and there are many things that I would love to have accomplished and simply have not done. If you have missed a Christmas card, it's because we didn't make one. If you didn't receive a thank you card, please know that we are truly grateful!

Fall 2025 both Liam and Ada attended Valor Education, a classical charter school in Austin, Texas. They are both doing well and the school year is coming quickly to a close. Liam is finishing 8th grade and Ada 5th. Next Fall they will begin new chapters of high school and middle school!

Imelda and Earl are home primarily and are full of energy, creativity, and spirit! Imelda will turn 4 years old in June. We celebrated Earl's 2nd birthday in March with a fun family day and our first homemade Angel Food Cake!

We have started a few new business ventures. One is a rental home in San Marcos, Texas. It is a cozy 2-bedroom in a neighborhood with a pool. We are looking forward to benefiting from that this summer! If you know anyone visiting the area, please take a look and find us on Furnished Finders or AirBnB!

Also, Nicholas has purchased a new trailer to expand Pepperbox to Coffee catering! Thanks to Nick's parents, the trailer is looking great and had 2 successful soft-openings in the month of April. Please take a look at the Pepperbox website, subscribe for fresh roasted coffee and follow us on Social Media. If you are local to Austin, spread the word to friends and family who are planning events and want to serve specialty grade coffee drinks! Pepperbox is truly coffee with a bang!
